Return and Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At invited.wedding, we strive to ensure that your digital invitations are perfect for your special day. Since our product is entirely digital, we have a strict set of criteria under which refunds are issued.

2. Eligible Reasons for a Refund

We will issue a refund only if there is a verifiable technical issue with the invitation on our end. This includes:

  • Unauthorized Device Limits: If your invitation's device limit is reached too quickly due to unauthorized or malicious requests outside of your control.
  • Display Issues: If there is a fundamental issue with the invitation itself, such as images failing to display correctly, broken functionality, or severe layout glitches that we cannot resolve in a timely manner.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Please note that under the following conditions, your purchase is strictly non-refundable:

  • If the refund request is made more than 3 days after the date of purchase.
  • If the wedding event date has already passed.
  • Change of mind after the invitation has been published.

4. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request meets the eligible criteria, the refund will be processed via manual bank transfer within 7 days of the approval of your request.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via WhatsApp or email us at contact@invited.wedding. Your request must include the following details:

  • Your Full Name
  • The Plan you purchased
  • The specific URL of your digital invitation
  • A brief, clear reason for your refund request, detailing the issue you are facing.
