Welcome to invited.wedding. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

invited.wedding provides a platform to create, manage, and share digital wedding invitations. We offer customizable templates, RSVP tracking, digital guestbooks, and related wedding planning tools.

3. Website Rights and Content Control

We maintain full rights over all invitations created on our platform. invited.wedding reserves the right to remove, alter, or disable access to any invitation if it is found to be inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

Additionally, we reserve the right to update, modify, or alter the structural designs and templates of our platform at any time to ensure the best possible aesthetic and functionality. Please note that these updates may automatically alter the design of existing invitations belonging to past or current customers.

4. Image Privacy and Public Accessibility

By uploading images to your digital invitation, you consent and acknowledge that these images are publicly accessible via the unique URL assigned to your invitation. This is necessary to ensure that your guests can view the invitation without needing to log in. While the unique URL acts as a safeguard against random guessing by unknown parties, the images themselves are not encrypted. You should only upload images that you are comfortable sharing publicly.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our platform to distribute spam, malicious content, or content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Payment Terms

Currently, all payments for our premium and standard plans are processed manually via bank transfer, coordinated through WhatsApp. Access to premium features will be granted once payment is verified.

7. Limitation of Liability

invited.wedding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
